  • Investigates cultural appropriation claims (e.g., commercial exploitation of closed traditions).

C. Crown Worker Licensure

  • Grants/revokes 3 tiers of accreditation:

    1. Apprentice Crown Worker (Entry-level)

    2. Licensed Locologist (Certified in ILF standards)

    3. Sacred Loctician Elder (Teacher of teachers)

2. GOVERNANCE

  • Chair: Oracle Teneal Andreyyah (Founder, 2025)

  • Panel: 12 ordained elders (4 regions: Africa, Diaspora, Indigenous Americas, Asia/Oceania).

  • Decision-Making: Consensus required for all ILF updates.

3. MATERIALS OVERSIGHT
